《酒店實用英語聽說》以酒店管理領(lǐng)域典型職業(yè)活動需要的英語溝通能力為主線,確定了初級、中級及高級三個層次的培訓內(nèi)容,即基礎(chǔ)溝通能力、核心服務(wù)崗位溝通能力及初高級管理崗位溝通能力的培養(yǎng)方向。本教程分初級篇、中級篇和高級篇。初級篇主要訓練學生酒店基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)用語的聽說能力,強化基礎(chǔ)語音及聽力能力。初級篇由五個單元組成,每個單元又設(shè)置三個訓練模塊。中級篇主要訓練學生酒店核心服務(wù)部門崗位相關(guān)的英語聽說能力,側(cè)重培養(yǎng)完成酒店核心及附屬服務(wù)功能的英語溝通能力。中級篇根據(jù)核心服務(wù)部門崗位進行項目分類,由12個單元組成,每個單元又設(shè)置若干任務(wù)模塊,每個任務(wù)模塊下設(shè)不同的聽力及口語訓練項目。
