（英）蘇·凱（Sue Kay）, 中國社會科學院外籍專家，博士生導師，多次擔任“外研社杯”全國英語辯論賽評委。 樊葳葳，華中科技大學外國語學院院長、教授，主要研究領域為英語教學與跨文化交際，對英語口語教學、英語演講有深入研究。宿玉榮，對外經濟貿易大學教師，曾師從國際演講大師Stephen E. Lucas教授，深諳演講理論知識，同時積累了大量基于中國課堂的教學實踐經驗。田朝霞，南京師范大學副教授，曾多次指導學生進入全國英語演講大賽決賽，并先后擔任“外研社杯”全國英語演講大賽和“外研社杯”全國英語辯論賽評委。
